About the Program

Terraprime Hotels & Resorts Ltd. is inviting applications from enthusiastic and ambitious fresh graduates for its 6-month Graduate Internship Program (GIP) 2026.

This structured program is designed to develop future professionals and leaders through practical business exposure, sales and marketing experience, leadership training, and one-to-one mentorship from experienced managers.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in sales, marketing, and business development activities.
• Identify potential clients and explore new business opportunities.
• Communicate with prospective clients and maintain professional relationships.
• Support client acquisition, follow-ups, and deal management.
• Participate in marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and field operations.
• Coordinate with multiple departments to understand business operations.
• Prepare basic reports, sales updates, and performance summaries.
• Work closely with management to achieve business objectives.
• Demonstrate initiative, teamwork, and a results-oriented mindset.

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor’s degree from any reputed public or private university.
• Fresh graduates from all academic disciplines are encouraged to apply.
• Strong interest in sales, marketing, and business development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude, self-motivation, and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong interest in leadership and career development.

Priority will be given to candidates with strong sales orientation and leadership potential.

Selection Process

1. Written Examination
2. Viva (Interview)
